Enable .Net 3.5 feature on Windows Server 2012

Trying to enable .Net 3.5 features from Add/Remove Roles and Features Wizard on Windows Server 2012 without Internet access may failed, as it will not be able to find the valid source. To enable .Net 3.5 in this case from the Command Prompt or PowerShell command shell with Administrative privilage, run the following command:

dism.exe /online /enable-feature /all /featurename:NetFX3 /Source:X:\Sources\SXS /LimitAccess

Replace X: with your CD\DVD Drive drive letter if the ISO is mounted or enter the correct location if you have the ISO copied into the hard drive.

Pre-setup cluster configuration validation was successful without any error or warning, but I was getting "Unable to successfully cleanup" error every time, I was trying to configure Windows Server 2012 failover cluster for my Hyper-V role.

Windows Server 2012 Hyper-V role on Windows 8

I have been working on lab setup since last couple of weeks, on Windows 8, for multiple Windows Server 2012 guests including Hyper-V. I've added and configured Windows 8 Hyper-V and created several VMs. Installed and configured DC, Storage server using Windows 2012 iSCSI Target feature. Last night, I was about to install and configure Windows Server 2012 Hyper-V. Olla, I figured out it's not possible to install any bare metal Hypervisor on Windows 8 Hyper-V. Tried to search online for any workaround, but noway.....

I started searching for alternative way to create lab with Windows Server 2012 Hyper-V roles on Windows 8, and it's VMware Workstation that allow us to do so. Starting from VMware Workstation 8 and later, we can actually install bare metal Hypervisor. These 2 links helped me to solve my issue and continue in lab setup:
